The Ground Game: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

We call BJJ "human chess" for a reason. It's a martial art that teaches you to use leverage and technique to control an opponent, regardless of size. Our classes cover everything from fundamental positions and submissions like the kimora to advanced takedowns and grappling strategy.
