This is my story and the story of OctaFit. I left a corporate career to follow my passion after an injury, creating a space built on discipline, community, and a love for martial arts.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is human chess. It’s about finding comfort in uncomfortable situations and using technique over brute force. Here, we train the body and the mind to be two steps ahead.
We are proud to train athletes like professional cricketer Parshudha Raj. Our sport-specific programs are designed to elevate performance by building functional strength, conditioning, and a warrior mindset.

We do not run a crowded, impersonal gym where you are left to figure it out alone. When you train here, you get a direct 1-on-1 experience, whether we are working on your boxing stance, BJJ technique, or deadlift form. My coaching is hands-on because I need to see your mechanics to correct them, so do not expect to just walk in and do your own thing without guidance.
At OctaFit, we don't believe in magic fixes or empty promises. The grind is the goal. Located in JP Nagar, our facility is a dedicated warehouse environment equipped for functional movement, strength training, and combat sports. This isn't a gym where you come to pose for social media; it is where you come to sweat, learn, and get tougher.
Our training mix covers everything from the complexity of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—what we call human chess—to boxing and high-intensity strength and conditioning. We focus on building a resilient body for sports and life, ensuring you move with correct form and intent. Whether you are a total beginner who has never lifted a weight or an athlete looking for sport-specific conditioning, we push you based on your current level, not a generic program.
