- 90-Minute Duration: Includes 30 minutes of consultation and assessment followed by a 60-minute floor workout.
- Technique Audit: Review of major lifts (Squat, Deadlift, Bench) to identify and fix technical flaws.
- Workout Blueprint: Provision of a written routine for the user to follow independently for 4 weeks.
Facility Access
- One-Day Pass: Full access to all equipment, steam room, and lockers for the day.
