I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. My sessions focus on mindful movement and Hatha principles, helping you move from the busy, gross layer of daily life into the subtle, quiet space within.

Providing a gentle adjustment in a downward-facing dog. My approach is hands-on, helping you find the right alignment for your body so you can experience the pose more deeply and safely.

Assisting a student in Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose). With the right support, we can often go further than we think is possible, finding new strength and openness.

Guiding a student through Dhanurasana (Bow Pose). It's a beautiful heart-opening posture that teaches us to be both strong and soft.

Helping a student find more space and ease in Karnapidasana. Using props and gentle guidance, we can make even challenging poses accessible and beneficial.

A hands-on adjustment in a forward fold. This helps to release tension in the spine and encourages a deeper sense of surrender in the posture.

Guiding a student in Balasana (Child's Pose). This pose is a sanctuary, a place to come back to the breath and find rest. Even in stillness, the practice is working.

Assisting with a supported leg-lifting exercise. We focus on building core strength and stability as a foundation for a safe and sustainable practice.

The joy of practice is evident in this smile. Here, I'm assisting a student in a supported backbend, finding a balance of effort and ease.

A long-time student shares her journey with me, from beginner to advanced practitioner. It's a testament to how a consistent practice, focused on foundation, can lead to profound transformation.

Practicing Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I) on a deck overlooking the forest. The stability of the earth beneath and the expansion of the arms towards the sky is a powerful feeling.

About The Practice: Movement & Stillness

I believe yoga should be accessible, which is why I use a hands-on approach. In these sessions, you will find me using blocks, belts, and wall ropes to help you find the right alignment for your body. It is not about forcing a pose; it is about finding the support you need to let go of tension and finally breathe deeply in the posture.
