About Specialized Yoga Workshops
What My Yoga Workshops Feel Like
I don’t believe in the perfect pose, and honestly, my workshops are more about real exploration than Insta-worthy bendiness. After a decade on this path, I’ve learned that yoga is a journey from movement to stillness - and every session is a bit different.
Workshop Highlights
- I design each workshop around a theme or skill, so you get to try new things and connect with yourself in fresh ways.
- We get into Iyengar props-based yoga sessions, using chairs, blocks, and ropes to help you understand alignment and approach poses with more awareness. Props aren’t a shortcut, they’re a teacher.
- Yoga Kurunta wall rope classes are sometimes on the schedule - wall ropes totally change how you experience asanas.
- Restorative yoga for nervous system regulation is a big focus. We slow down, practice gentle Yin-inspired flows, and rest deeply supported by props.
- Arm balance and inversion workshops (think Bakasana, Sirsasana) are less about nailing the pose and more about the journey, including all the slips and small wins.
For Yoga Teachers
Once a year, I run an online guidance program for teachers. It’s not a certificate thing - we talk real stuff, share challenges, and learn how to grow both as students and teachers.
Where You’ll Find Me
I host these workshops online (Zoom works fine), in-person around Mumbai, and sometimes in Pune or Delhi. Each one’s an experiment, and always about coming back to yourself.

My Story
You know, I tumbled from media into yoga, and wow, it’s been wild. Yoga kinda found me, dragged me out to the mountains, forests, ocean – those places taught me more than any classroom. Now, I crave slow mornings, chai, a book, just breathing easy. Simple joys, that’s real luxury. I started these yoga gatherings to help folks find their own ‘home’ inside. It’s not about being a yoga pro – it’s about checking in with yourself, just taking a week to pause.
My Work
Yoga Retreats & Adventures - I run nature-inspired yoga retreats, mixing movement, breath, and places like Ladakh or Indonesia. Yoga & Surf retreats are my favourite.
Yoga Teaching & Training - I guide beginners step by step, building solid basics before moving to advanced. Every journey is personal.
Workshops & Self-Enquiry - I host workshops—think prop-assisted yoga, Iyengar-inspired, or deep Restorative yoga for nervous system balance. Online and offline.
