About Yoga Instruction

My yoga journey took me from a media job to the mat, and honestly, it’s been wild. For me, yoga is not about nailing fancy poses or chasing insta-perfect shots. It’s messy, sometimes tough, but always real - a way to come back to myself, move past the noise, and find a kind of quiet that sticks even after class.

What My Classes Feel Like

  • I care about alignment-based yoga classes, not just for safety but for tuning into your own body. If we’re in-person, I give gentle hands-on adjustments - always with consent.
  • We don’t rush. Foundations first, so you’re not lost when things get tricky.
  • Breathwork for stress relief is a big deal in my sessions. Prana, the breath, is our anchor. Learn to work with it, and you’ll see your mind start to settle too.

What We Practice

Some days, it’s dynamic and sweaty. Other days, it’s slow and grounding. We move through everything from standing poses to hip openers, sometimes arm balances or even headstands if you’re up for it. But it’s never just about the pose - it’s about what you notice and feel along the way.

More Than Movement

I mix in a bit of yogic gyaan (wisdom) - the philosophy, the monkey mind, why Hatha yoga is more than just shapes. If you’re curious, we can go deep.

How We Can Work Together

I run Iyengar-inspired yoga workshops using props like ropes and blocks (sometimes called yoga kurunta), both in Mumbai and other cities. If you’re not local, I’ve got online classes, including yoga teacher mentorship for those who want to teach or just deepen their own practice.

Come with an open mind and a bit of patience. This isn’t just a workout - it’s a journey.

My Story

You know, I tumbled from media into yoga, and wow, it’s been wild. Yoga kinda found me, dragged me out to the mountains, forests, ocean – those places taught me more than any classroom. Now, I crave slow mornings, chai, a book, just breathing easy. Simple joys, that’s real luxury. I started these yoga gatherings to help folks find their own ‘home’ inside. It’s not about being a yoga pro – it’s about checking in with yourself, just taking a week to pause.

My Work

Yoga Retreats & Adventures - I run nature-inspired yoga retreats, mixing movement, breath, and places like Ladakh or Indonesia. Yoga & Surf retreats are my favourite.

Yoga Teaching & Training - I guide beginners step by step, building solid basics before moving to advanced. Every journey is personal.

Workshops & Self-Enquiry - I host workshops—think prop-assisted yoga, Iyengar-inspired, or deep Restorative yoga for nervous system balance. Online and offline.
