Yoga is a path of constant uncovering. Here, I share the philosophy and the moments behind my retreats, where we move from the gross to the subtle to find the home within ourselves.

Self-preservation is a quiet form of self-love. Here, I'm taking a moment for myself in nature, remembering that it's okay to protect my energy and come back home to myself.

A reminder that our energy is precious. We don't have to be available all the time or share all versions of ourselves. Some parts are just for us.

Contemplating the discomfort that can arise in our own company. Instead of reaching for a distraction, can we sit with it? This is where the real self-enquiry begins.

We hold the energy of the source within us. There is no better fuel than to return to that source, to come back home to you.

In conversation during a cacao ceremony. Sharing and listening in a safe space is a powerful form of healing and connection.

Capturing some in-between moments during our Sthiram 2.0 retreat. I love finding the beauty in the small, unplanned parts of our day.

A quiet moment of reflection on the balcony of our yoga shala, overlooking the mountains. These pauses are essential for integration.

Looking out at the vastness of the hills, feeling a sense of peace and gratitude for being in such a beautiful place.

A happy, candid moment peeking out from the yoga shala. The joy of sharing this practice is what fuels me.

Behind the scenes of a yoga shoot in Ladakh. Even when we are filming, the practice remains a meditation, a connection to the breath and the stunning landscape.

About My Journey & Philosophy

My retreats are not about physical mastery, but about creating an accessible space for self-enquiry. Whether we are in the high altitudes of Ladakh or a tropical villa in Lombok, I use props like wall ropes and blocks to ensure that anyone—regardless of their flexibility level—can safely explore alignment and restorative practices without pressure.
