A collection of moments capturing the essence of my retreats—finding stillness in movement, building community, and reconnecting with nature.

A moment of pure release and surrender to the elements. The Ganga has a way of washing away more than just the dust; it cleanses the soul. This is the feeling I hope to share, the freedom found in letting go.

The ocean is a powerful teacher of flow and surrender. This glimpse into our Yoga & Surf retreat in Lombok, Indonesia, shows how we blend the energy of the waves with the stillness of the mat. It’s a journey of finding balance, both on the board and within.

Here we are, practicing Virabhadrasana II in a centuries-old heritage space in Ladakh. The energy of the Himalayas, combined with the collective breath of the group, creates a truly powerful experience of grounding and strength.

Ladakh is a land that changes you. This short film captures the soul of our retreat there, from silent meditations and learning from Buddhist wisdom to the simple joy of being held by the mountains. It’s a journey from the gross to the subtle.

Finding a moment of quiet contemplation at our retreat venue in the Kumaon hills. These pauses are where the real magic happens. It's in the stillness between the breaths that we hear our own inner wisdom.

Hearing from those who have shared this journey with me is the greatest gift. In this video, a participant shares her personal experience, reflecting on the sense of community and the personal shifts that happen during our time together.

Our evenings often end with the deep, restorative vibrations of a sound bath. Using Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls, we create a space for the mind to quiet down and the body to enter a state of profound relaxation and healing.

Sharing meals is a sacred part of our retreats. It's where we connect, share stories, and laugh together, nourishing our bodies with wholesome food and our souls with genuine connection. This is how strangers become family.

People often ask me why I host these retreats. This video is my answer. It’s a journey that yoga led me on, to the mountains, forests, and oceans, and ultimately, back to the home within. I host these gatherings to help others find that same path.

Adventure is a form of self-discovery. Here I am on my first bouldering trip, learning to solve problems on the rock. It’s a practice in mindfulness, strength, and trusting the process, one move at a time.

About Featured

These gatherings are designed as a pause, not an escape. Whether we are practicing by the Ganga or near the ocean in Lombok, the focus remains on the home within. We prioritize the process over the performance, blending morning movement, quiet reflection, and community meals to help you return to a natural state of ease.
