When you land on my page, you won't find rigid calorie charts or lists of forbidden foods. Instead, we look at your current blood markers—like HOMA-IR or thyroid levels—and map out a realistic plan that works with your life, not against it. My goal is to make healthy eating feel like a habit, not a chore, using your own health data as the roadmap.
Beyond the fad diets
We have all seen the cycle. You try a new, restrictive diet, you lose some weight, and then the moment you stop, it comes back. That is exactly what I help you avoid. My philosophy is built on clinical nutrition and sustainable behaviour change. Whether you are dealing with PCOS, managing diabetes, or just trying to lose a few kilos, the solution is rarely found in starving yourself.

- Bloodwork Analysis: We start with your data. By looking at your HOMA-IR, thyroid profiles, lipids, and Vitamin levels, I can identify the root cause of your fatigue or weight struggles.
