Health is not just about what you eat, but how you live, and I am here to help you get those basics right.

My philosophy is simple: time lagega (it will take time). Real change is rarely immediate, but it is sustainable. My team and I operate out of our office in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, where we bridge the gap between elite sports nutrition—like my work with Delhi Capitals and Hockey India—and everyday wellness for people like you.

We focus on practical, actionable steps. If you are sitting at a desk all day, we show you how to combat that sedentary lifestyle with 5-minute movement breaks. If you are confused by supermarket labels, we teach you how to spot hidden sugars. If you are overwhelmed by social events, we build a cheat-meal strategy so you can enjoy your favorites without feeling guilty. We practice what we preach, from team yoga sessions to staying hydrated, because I know that if I cannot follow a plan, my clients cannot either.

My approach prioritizes your blood reports, your gut health, and your energy levels over a number on the scale. We look at the 'why' behind your cravings and the 'how' behind your habits. By splitting your plate correctly or taking a short walk after a meal, you can manage blood sugar spikes and improve your metabolism without giving up the foods you love. My goal is to make healthy living boringly consistent, not excitingly restrictive.
