How I Coach
I mix old-school grit with data-driven marathon preparation. We use numbers to make smart choices, but I never forget you’re human. I want you to make running a habit, not just a phase. Some days, the legs are dead, but if you give all you’ve got, that’s perfect.
What We Train For
- Marathon & half-marathon prep with a structured running training plan. We break it up into blocks, focus on pacing, fueling, and making sure you peak at the right time. When you nail that PB, bas bahut badhiya (that’s awesome).
- Ultramarathons like Khardung La? Ha, it’s tough, but we dig deep and celebrate hard.
- 5k/10k speed — we hit the track for intervals and hill sprints to build that quick burst.
Our Weekly Rhythm
- Track Tuesdays for speedwork.
- Hill training for strength.
- Long Sunday runs across Delhi’s best routes—India Gate, Lal Qila, Chandni Chowk—mazza hi aa jata hai (it’s just too much fun).
For All Runners
Anyone from 7 to 63 can join. Women get guidance on shoes, gear, running during pregnancy, even nutrition chats (iron, calcium—sab cover karte hain).
