My Approach: Discipline Wins

Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is what’ll get you out there when you don’t feel like it. My coaching is built around consistency and purposeful training—no pointless “junk miles.” Every run, whether it’s easy or interval, has a clear reason. I treat running like therapy, too. It helps manage stress and clears your head.

What Training Feels Like

It’s not always pretty. Some days, your mind will want to quit. That’s normal. That’s where we work on mental toughness for runners. Savdhani hati, durghatna ghati (be careful, or you’ll land in trouble)—especially when you push your limits. The real win is seeing what you can actually do.

Who I Coach

  • Race preparation for beginners: If you’re just starting, I’ll help you get to your first 5K finish line, no pressure.
  • Building stamina for 10K, half, and full marathons with structured marathon training.
  • If you’re training for high-altitude races, I’ll guide you on breathwork and acclimatization.

My System

We focus on strength and recovery for athletes—core, glutes, legs, plus smart rest and fueling your body right. I’m big on helping women runners break taboos, talk openly about health and training. We train mostly outdoors in Delhi NCR—parks, tracks, and roads you already know.

My Story

I’m Megha. For ages, training was just my thing. Family saw me dash off, never got why. First HYROX race, they showed up—counted reps, watched me sweat, curse, push. Didn’t care about my time, just their hug at the end. No words, just feeling. That hug meant more than any finish line. It was about being seen, loved. That’s what matters.
