My Approach: Tribe First, Training Always
For me, coaching is never solo. I believe in Ubuntu - we rise together as a community. If you join, you’re not just signing up for a program, you’re joining a running family. Every finish line is shared, every setback is ours to tackle. We keep it real - sometimes it’s tough, but you’ll never be alone.
The Training Mix: All Three, All In
Triathlon is no joke. You gotta nail swim, bike, run. Here’s how we hit it:
- Running is our foundation. Track sessions for speed, hills for leg power, and long runs every Sunday to build endurance.
- Cycling gets its own spotlight. Indoor trainers for focus, plus road sessions to prep for race day.
- Swimming isn’t ignored. I’ll help with technique and stamina so you don’t just survive the water, you own it.
More Than Muscles: Mindset, Tech, and Food
Finishing a triathlon needs more than strong legs:
- Mental game is huge, so we tackle mindset, grit, and breaking through pain.
- I believe in data-driven training. Pace, heart rate, all that geeky stuff - we use it to make your sessions smarter.
- Strength and sports nutrition matter. I’ll guide you on gym stuff, real food, hydration, and what works for women athletes.
Real Experience, Real Delhi
I’ve finished IRONMAN 70.3 (Dubai, 4:21:18). I’ve felt the struggle. Sometimes it’s just “Bahut badhiya” (so good) when you cross that line. We train around Delhi - JLN Stadium, Safdarjung Flyover, and all the classic routes. Our tribe is all heart. Jai Hind.
