What I Believe
Running long distances isn't about speed, it's about showing up, even when nothing about it is easy. I've seen people hit the road before sunrise, running when the city's still asleep. That's the attitude I respect. For me, it's always been consistency over perfection, and putting in the work even when motivation is nowhere to be found.
Who This Is For
Doesn't matter if you're eyeing your first 5K or getting ready for your next 100-miler. I coach anyone who's tired of quitting, anyone who wants to get gritty, push limits, and train for events like the Tata Mumbai Marathon, Berlin, or those insane high-altitude Ladakh runs. You don't magically rise to big occasions - you fall back on your training.
My Way of Coaching
- I make sure you get a structured marathon training plan, whether you're just starting out or already a seasoned ultra runner.
- Strength training isn't optional. We do outdoor bootcamps, core and functional workouts - all of it to bulletproof your body.
- Mental toughness is everything. I help you build the mindset to handle the pain and keep moving when every part of you says stop.
- Nutrition guidance included, so you don't burn out.
