Endurance Running Coaching
Core Training & Planning
- 12-week structured running plan tailored to specific race goals (10K, HM, FM).
- 3x weekly supervised group runs in Gurgaon including intervals and tempo runs.
- Weekend Long Slow Distance (LSD) runs (15km to 30km+) with hydration support and route marking.
- Annual GRR Tribe membership valid for 1 year.
Assessments & Technicals
- Video-based gait analysis to identify foot strike and posture issues.
- 5km speed test and cardio assessment to establish baseline paces.
- Basic nutrition guidance and fueling strategy for long runs.
Coaching Support
- Access to coach for strategy calls and performance tracking.
- Race day warm-up drills and on-ground support at major NCR events.
- Technical advice on shoe selection and running gear.
Integrated Athlete Program (Run + Strength)
Running Module
- Includes all features of the Endurance Running Coaching plan.
- 3 mid-week supervised runs plus 1 weekend long run.
- Periodized mileage plan designed to peak for target races.
Strength & Conditioning Module
- 2x weekly outdoor bootcamps focused on functional strength.
- Usage of functional equipment including tires, battle ropes, and dumbbells.
- Runner-specific conditioning targeting glutes, core stability, and ankle mobility.
- Occasional cross-training sessions involving HIIT or mobility work.
Injury Prevention & Monitoring
- Specific prehab protocols to address common issues like shin splints or IT band syndrome.
- Periodic progress tracking consults to adjust training load based on fatigue.
- Full access to both running and strength community subgroups.

What I Believe
Running long distances isn't about speed, it's about showing up, even when nothing about it is easy. I've seen people hit the road before sunrise, running when the city's still asleep. That's the attitude I respect. For me, it's always been consistency over perfection, and putting in the work even when motivation is nowhere to be found.
Who This Is For
Doesn't matter if you're eyeing your first 5K or getting ready for your next 100-miler. I coach anyone who's tired of quitting, anyone who wants to get gritty, push limits, and train for events like the Tata Mumbai Marathon, Berlin, or those insane high-altitude Ladakh runs. You don't magically rise to big occasions - you fall back on your training.
My Way of Coaching
- I make sure you get a structured marathon training plan, whether you're just starting out or already a seasoned ultra runner.
- Strength training isn't optional. We do outdoor bootcamps, core and functional workouts - all of it to bulletproof your body.
- Mental toughness is everything. I help you build the mindset to handle the pain and keep moving when every part of you says stop.
- Nutrition guidance included, so you don't burn out.

My Story
GRR Running Club isn’t about fancy medals or records. We started with just showing up, one run at a time. Seen folks go from barely finishing 3k to smashing 75k a week. Humne saare experiences share kiye aapas mein, ek doosre ko dekh ke motivate kiya (we shared experiences, motivated each other). People join from Ranchi, Mumbai, Bikaner – all chasing that ‘bring it on’ attitude. The hardest part? Waking up and running again. That’s where our real fire lives.
