A fight isn't won in the ring; it is won in the gym. We combine combat drills with functional strength training to build the explosive power and endurance every fighter needs.

About this collection

Building the Fighter's Engine

Combat sports require a unique kind of fitness. You need the aerobic base to go the distance and the anaerobic power to explode into a takedown or a combination when you are already fatigued. We do not use machines that isolate muscle groups. Instead, we use compound movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings, and medicine ball slams to train your body to move as one unit.
