We take our training outdoors. Here, the team builds endurance with running drills as part of a special Muay Thai training camp.

About The Grind: Strength & Conditioning

You will not find rows of treadmill machines here. We replace them with tractor tires, heavy kettlebells, and intense bodyweight circuits because functional, fight-ready strength comes from movement, not isolation. You have to earn your stamina through sweat and consistency.
