After a long day, some of our members unwind with intense pad work. This session focuses on boxing combinations, footwork, and defensive movements under the guidance of a coach. It's the perfect way to de-stress and sharpen your skills.

This is what intensity looks like. A member goes through a high-energy pad work drill, throwing a rapid series of punches and kicks as the coach calls them out. This builds reaction time, speed, and cardiovascular endurance.

About Striking Fundamentals: Pad & Bag Work

We don't just hand you gloves and let you wing it. Our coaches use pad work to enforce correct striking angles and defensive reactions, while heavy bag sessions build your power and cardiovascular engine. You will repeat these combinations until your muscles know the movement better than your brain does.
