The sled push and pull is a core part of our conditioning program. It builds full-body strength and the mental toughness required to push through exhaustion when the fight gets tough.
We take training beyond the gym walls. Here, our team builds raw strength and camaraderie with outdoor conditioning sessions, including pushups on natural terrain.
This is next-level core strength and balance training. Performing pushups on stacked dumbbells requires immense stability and control, building the kind of strength that translates directly to the ring.
Balance and stability are crucial for a fighter. This exercise, performing squats on BOSU balls while holding a medicine ball, develops the core strength and leg stability needed for powerful strikes and takedowns.
