This is where we build your foundation. We focus on proper technique for punches, kicks, elbows, and knees through repetitive drills on pads with a coach and on heavy bags. You'll see a mix of boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing fundamentals being honed here.

Drills are great, but sparring is where you learn to fight. We emphasize controlled, technical sparring to test your skills, timing, and defense in a safe and supportive environment. This is how you connect the dots from practice to practical application.

Grappling & Groundwork

A complete fighter is comfortable on their feet and on the ground. Our grappling sessions cover essential takedowns, control positions, and submissions to round out your MMA skillset. We focus on the fundamentals that are critical for self-defense and competition.

Strength & Conditioning for Fighters
