A feast for the eyes and soul. This is my UnSadya, a lavish spread served on a traditional banana leaf, featuring both vegetarian classics and our signature non-veg dishes like fried fish and chicken roast. It’s a true celebration of Kerala’s abundant flavors, with no rules, just pure taste.

There's nothing quite like unwrapping a Pothichoru. The steam releases a smoky, earthy aroma from the banana leaf, revealing a complete meal of red rice, curries, and sides. It’s a moment of pure comfort and nostalgia, packed and ready to be enjoyed anywhere.
This is my Trivandrum Buff Pepper Fry, a true classic and one of our most loved dishes. Slow roasted with coconut slivers and a secret blend of freshly ground spices, the meat becomes incredibly tender and flavorful. It’s the perfect partner for a flaky Malabar porotta.
Christmas with us is a Suriani feast, a table laden with color, warmth, and generations of flavor. From rich stews to festive roasts, I bring the heart of a traditional Kerala Christmas celebration to you, making your holiday gatherings truly memorable.
A wedding Sadya is more than just a meal; it’s a sacred part of the celebration. Hearing guests say "it was amazing" is the reason I do this. I cater for intimate events, parties, and weddings, bringing the authentic taste of God's Own Cuisine to your special day.
The perfect end to any feast is our Ada Pradhaman. This traditional payasam is made by slow cooking rice flakes in smoky jaggery and rich coconut milk. It’s a sweet, comforting dessert that tastes like a cherished memory.

Our UnSadya is where we break the rules. It combines our traditional 24-item vegetarian Sadya with signature non-veg roasts like Trivandrum Buff Pepper Fry or Syrian Christian Pork Roast on a single banana leaf. It is a full-on celebration of flavor that turns a simple meal into an occasion.
For us, cooking isn't a factory process. We wilt banana leaves over open flames to release natural polyphenols and infuse that distinct, smoky aroma into the rice. This is the heart of what we do.
Whether you are ordering a comforting Pothichoru for a solo meal or planning a massive wedding feast, we bring the same attention to detail. We slow-roast our meats to ensure the juices are fully absorbed, a technique I learned from the toddy shops and rural kitchens of Kerala.
