How we work
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all menus. We work with you to understand the vibe of your event. If you want a full-blown, 24-item vegetarian Sadya feast served on a banana leaf, we can do it. If you prefer a selection of our signature non-veg starters like Trivandrum Buff Pepper Fry or Syrian Christian Pork Roast paired with live counters, we make that happen too.
