This Vishu, the kani isn't just seen, it's savored. My Vishu Sadya is packed with the flavors of the season, featuring mango, jackfruit, and pumpkin in dishes that are full of joy and hope for the new year.

A glimpse into our Syrian Christian Christmas feast. The table is filled with festive dishes like rich lamb stew, perfectly spiced roasts, and colorful sides. It's a celebration of heirloom recipes and the warmth of gathering with loved ones.

For Easter, I bring the bold flavors of Kerala's Syrian Christian kitchens to your home. This spread includes savory cutlets and other traditional snacks that are perfect for starting your festive meal.

Our Eid table tells a tale of ancient spice routes, from Arab sails to the Malabar shores. This lavish spread includes aromatic biryani, rich curries, roasted chicken, and fresh fruits, celebrating the culinary history of the Mappila community.

For Diwali, I offer something unique: Payaru Paal Kanji. This soulful rice and lentil broth, served as a small plate with fiery Chammanthi Podi and tangy pickle, is a humble yet elegant dish that adds a touch of Kerala to the festival of lights.

About this collection

We deliver our festival Sadyas and feasts with one rule: if it isn't served on a fresh, flame-wilted banana leaf, it isn't a Sadya. We don't use plastic. This means every curry, pickle, and Payasam arrives with that signature smoky aroma intact. When you order from us, you get the exact same heirloom-recipe experience we serve at our own family gatherings.

We do not believe in 'catering' in the commercial sense. We practice home-style cooking at scale.

  • Heirloom Recipes: Our dishes are not adapted for modern shortcuts. We follow the methods passed down to us, from the slow-roasting of spices to the patient tempering of our Sambar and Rasam.
  • Seasonal Integrity: During Vishu, you will taste the raw mango and jackfruit exactly when they are at their peak. For Christmas, our roasts and stews honor the Syrian Christian heritage of Kerala, focusing on deep, complex flavors.
  • Authenticity First: If a recipe requires a specific manchatti pot or a traditional grinding method, that is exactly how we make it. Our goal is to ensure that when you sit down to eat, it feels like you have stepped into a Kerala home, not a restaurant.
