We do not believe in 'catering' in the commercial sense. We practice home-style cooking at scale.

• Seasonal Integrity: During Vishu, you will taste the raw mango and jackfruit exactly when they are at their peak. For Christmas, our roasts and stews honor the Syrian Christian heritage of Kerala, focusing on deep, complex flavors.
• Authenticity First: If a recipe requires a specific manchatti pot or a traditional grinding method, that is exactly how we make it. Our goal is to ensure that when you sit down to eat, it feels like you have stepped into a Kerala home, not a restaurant.

We cater to everything from intimate family gatherings to larger parties. Because we use fresh ingredients and traditional preparation methods, we require a bit of lead time to source the best produce and prepare the banana leaves.

• Is it fully vegetarian? Our traditional Sadya is vegetarian, but we offer our 'UnSadya'—a non-vegetarian feast featuring our signature fish, chicken, and buff preparations.
