I treat every menu as a blank canvas, adjusting service styles from circulating flying appetizers to grand, floral-adorned buffets to ensure the food fits the specific venue and guest count perfectly.
My work is defined by the blend of Continental and Asian flavors, tailored for those who want a modern twist on their feast. When you look at my featured setups, you will notice that presentation is as vital to me as the taste. This is why I use premium copper or brass chafing dishes for corporate events and stone platters for intimate gatherings, ensuring that the visual experience matches the quality of the ingredients.
I often get asked about dietary restrictions, particularly for Jain and vegetarian guests. This is a core part of my practice. I do not believe in 'compromise menus' for Jain attendees.
