It was a pleasure to curate a Vishu feast for the vibrant and gorgeous Vidya Balan and the perfectionist Siddharth Roy Kapur. Here I am with Vidya and my partner Toral, feeling nothing but warmth and gratitude.

Hands shape, mix, and mold. In my kitchen, we believe in the power of cooking with our hands to judge textures and feel the spices. This is where the essence of homestyle cooking lies.

Here I am, in my element, preparing a large batch of a carrot dish for a catering event. There's nothing better than using your hands to create and elevate a dish.

Marinating fresh fish by hand. This allows me to ensure every piece is perfectly coated in our signature masala blend, a crucial step for dishes like our Pollichathu and fish fry.

Each month, I introduce "Trending in Kerala," bringing the coolest flavors and culinary delights from God's Own Country to Bombay. This video kicks off our series, promising a journey through Kerala's vibrant food scene.

About this collection

In our kitchen, recipes live in our palms, not in books. We manually mix our spices and taste-test every curry to ensure the heat and flavor profiles are exactly as they would be in a traditional Kerala home. When you see us at work, you are seeing the effort that goes into ensuring every bite tastes like nostalgia rather than a factory product.

We started this journey because we wanted Mumbai to experience Kerala food the way it really is. Not the Instagram aesthetic version, but the food that feels like a warm hug. When we prepare a Sadya or a fiery roast, we are channeling the toddy shops and Syrian Christian kitchens that shaped our own memories.

Our approach is intentionally slow and tactile. We use authentic banana leaves, manchatti pots, and our own hands to mix masalas. This is why our food has that specific 'mazaa' factor that people talk about. Whether we are preparing a feast for long-time friends who happen to be actors, or for a family celebration in Bandra, the level of care remains identical.

We don't just supply food. We supply the feeling of home.
