When you open one of our Sadya boxes, don't rush the plating. The ritual is half the joy. We pack each curry, thoran, and payasam separately so the flavours stay distinct until the moment you lay out your banana leaf. Since we prep in small, artisanal batches to keep that home-style quality, we do run on a strict pre-order basis. If you have a specific date in mind, especially for a weekend or festival, it’s best to secure your slot early.
Kerala cuisine is about rhythm and nostalgia. It is not just a meal; it is an event. Whether you are craving the comfort of our Superfood Veg Sadya with its heritage red matta rice and fresh avial, or looking to indulge in our signature UnSadya with its fiery prawn mango curry and slow-cooked buff roast, we ensure every element hits the right note.
