This is the first impression, a visual journey into the heart of my kitchen and the soul of a Kerala feast. It’s designed to capture the nostalgia, the flavour, and the pure joy of a Sadya delivered right to your home.
The Onam Grand Feast
Onam is more than a festival; it's a feeling of homecoming. I offer this grand feast in two distinct styles: the Superfood Veg Sadya, a wholesome vegetarian spread, and my signature UnSadya®, which pairs the veg feast with fiery non-vegetarian add-ons like chicken, seafood, or buff.
Vishu: A Taste of Spring
Vishu celebrates the new year with the bounty of the spring harvest. My Vishu Sadya is a tribute to seasonal stars like jackfruit and mango, offering a fresh, vibrant, and purely vegetarian feast. For those who desire it, I also offer delicious non-vegetarian sides to complement the meal.
Syrian Christian Holiday Specials (Christmas & Easter)
I delve into the rich, bold flavours of Kerala's Syrian Christian kitchens for these festive menus. Expect comforting Lamb Stew, fiery Mutton Pepper Roast, our show-stopping Stuffed Chicken Roast, and the famous Kuttanad Duck Olarthu, all rooted in heirloom family recipes.
Iftar & Eid Feasts
For the holy month of Ramadan and Eid, I bring the legendary flavours of Malabar's Mappila kitchens to your table. My Iftar boxes and Eid specials feature dishes like aromatic biryani, flaky Kerala Porottas, and rich meat curries, telling a story of ancient trade routes and culinary fusion.
Pothichoru: A Traditional Parcel of Love
Pothichoru is more than a packed lunch; it’s an experience. Steaming rice and curries are wrapped in a lightly smoked banana leaf, which infuses the meal with a unique, earthy aroma. It’s a sustainable, traditional, and incredibly delicious way to enjoy a complete Kerala meal.
Signature Dishes & Seasonal Stars
This is a showcase of some of my most-loved creations and seasonal specialties that capture the essence of Kerala's produce. From the unique texture of Banana Blossom Thoran to the surprising deliciousness of a tender Jackfruit Biryani, these are the dishes that tell a special story.
Sweet Endings: Payasams & Desserts
No Kerala feast is complete without a serving of rich, creamy payasam. I slow-cook my desserts using traditional methods, whether it's the jaggery-based Ada Pradhaman or the milky Palada Payasam. I also love adding a surprise twist, like the iconic Calicut Halwa.
From Our Kitchen to Yours
This is a peek behind the curtain at the love and labour that goes into every meal. From sourcing fresh ingredients and preparing them by hand to our pop-up events and celebrity catering, this is the heart and soul of my culinary journey.
Our Wonderful Clients
The greatest joy is sharing my food with people who appreciate it. I am incredibly grateful for the love and support from all my clients, including some truly wonderful and talented individuals who have welcomed my Kerala feasts into their homes.
