We start our prep at 3 AM because great food cannot be rushed. When you order from our menu, everything from the Dal Makhani to the Pyaaz Ki Kachori is cooked fresh specifically for you. Because we are a small, family-run team, we request a 2-day lead time to ensure your meal arrives with the exact quality we would serve at our own table.

This is not a brand with a factory line, but a kitchen where we spend our days fixing masalas, rolling rotis, and recreating the meals we grew up with. Why do you need 2 days notice? Because we cook everything to order. We don't stock ready-to-eat meals or frozen inventory. Your food starts its journey in our kitchen only after you confirm your order, ensuring it tastes exactly like it was made at home.
