The last post of 2022. A floor work sequence exploring movement language, ending the year with what I love most.

About Floor Work & Flow Acrobatics

Floor work isn't about gravity... it's about the conversation you have with the ground. My practice blends contemporary technique with acrobatic elements to help you build control without losing your flow. Whether we are exploring spirals or finding new ways to move between levels, the focus is on safe mechanics. It is challenging, but it is how you truly learn to trust your body’s weight.
