About Express Yourself Through Movement
We don’t have climate-controlled studios or pristine floors here. What we do have is a 20,000 sqft repurposed warehouse with high ceilings and painted concrete flooring that encourages you to get raw and real with your movement. When you drop in for a class, expect an open-air, high-energy environment that keeps you grounded—literally.
Our Approach to Movement
At BCC, movement isn't about hitting perfect lines or following strict, mirrored-classroom rules. It is about reconnecting with your body in a space that feels more like a community living lab than a gym. Whether you are climbing silks, balancing in acroyoga, or exploring somatic shaking, our goal is to help you release stress and find your unique rhythm.
What to Expect at a Session
- The Space: We operate out of an industrial warehouse in Yeshwanthpur. It is open-air, ventilated by fans, and full of character. Expect the occasional dog roaming by or the sound of the circus buzz outside.
- The Vibe: Most sessions are beginner-friendly and focus on community interaction. You will often see practitioners helping one another, sharing mats, and laughing through the 'oops' moments of learning something new.
- What to Bring: Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel. We have RO water stations, so feel free to refill as much as you need.
- Inclusivity: We believe movement is for every body. If you are nervous about joining, just know that we prioritize a judgment-free zone. Come as you are, mess up, and find your flow.
Creative Circus
We’re a bunch of artists, dreamers, and circus folks who turned an old factory into a living lab for art and wellbeing. We believe that movement isn’t about perfection—it’s about getting messy, laughing, and seeing what your body can actually do when you stop overthinking it.
