Real fitness isn't about gym machines or crushing reps. We use contemporary dance, aerial work, and floor movement to build core stability, functional mobility, and confidence, one session at a time in our Indiranagar studio.

Contemporary dance is a secret weapon for acrobats. It builds the core strength, body control, and fluid transitions needed for clean, graceful acro moves.

We start the day with body movement and conditioning. These flexibility drills and pilates-inspired exercises are essential for preparing the body for dance.

About this collection

Most people think flexibility just means touching your toes, but here, it is about functional control. We do not use weights or machines because your own body is the most sophisticated tool you own. Whether you are aiming for a split or just want to stop feeling stiff after a long day of desk work, our conditioning sessions focus on building that deep core stability first.

Movement at Flux is rooted in the belief that strength should be functional and sustainable. Our sessions for Strength, Flexibility, and Acrobatics are designed to help you understand your body’s potential rather than forcing it into rigid shapes.

Why No Machines?

We believe that machines isolate muscle groups in ways that rarely translate to real life. By using your own body weight, we cultivate what we call 'intelligent strength'—the kind that helps you carry groceries, sit at a desk without pain, and move with fluidity.

The Role of Partner Work

Many of our exercises involve partner work, not for competition, but for feedback. A partner acts as a mirror and a support system, allowing you to safely push your range of motion while building trust and connection within our community. It is a shared journey where the emphasis remains on safety and mutual growth.

What You Will Learn

  • Core Fortification: We focus on deep engagement to stabilize your spine and pelvis.
  • Somatic Release: Using gentle, guided movements to let go of tension held in the hips, shoulders, and lower back.
  • Acrobatic Basics: We introduce foundational movements that build the coordination needed for more advanced inversions and transitions.

Our Indiranagar studio features laminate wooden flooring and is bathed in natural light, creating an environment that feels less like a sterile gym and more like a creative sanctuary. If you are a beginner, do not worry; our classes are batch-limited to 15 students to ensure that every participant receives hands-on guidance.
