Join our contemporary dance classes every Saturday and Sunday. We focus on everything from strength-building and floorwork to acrobatics and choreography, helping you find your flow and unlock your inner artist.

Practice makes improvements, not perfection. In my classes, we focus on consistent training in ballet, flow, and contemporary techniques because there is always room to grow and improve.
About this collection
In my intensives, we do not just jump into steps. We spend the first two days strictly on conditioning, building joint stability and wrist strength, before we even touch choreography. It is a deliberate, slow process because I want you to understand the why behind the movement, not just the how.
My classes are not about chasing perfection. It is about body talk. Whether you are joining a one-off weekend workshop or a multi-week intensive, the goal remains the same, finding your own flow.
We start with foundations. Ballet basics, floor barre, and strength conditioning. If you do not build the foundation, the structure does not hold. I integrate Flying Low technique here, specifically working on how to hit the ground safely and recover with grace.
For those diving into my intensives, we build a narrative over 5 to 7 days. Day 1 is conditioning. By Day 3, we are into sequence construction. Day 5 onwards, we polish. It is intense, yes, but it is real work.
I teach in studios across Bangalore, from JP Nagar to HSR Layout, and offer online sessions if you are not local. The floor matters. We always prioritize spaces with professional wood or vinyl surfaces, because your joints matter.
Whether you are a beginner or a trained dancer, there is room. You bring the curiosity, I bring the space. Let us move.
