About Kids' Dance & Gymnastics
Why I Teach Kids' Dance & Gymnastics
I love seeing kids find joy in movement - nothing beats their laughter and energy. My studio is all about masti (fun) and letting each child feel like a star. I want them to grow confident, not just physically, but in who they are.
What We Do
Dance and gymnastics go hand-in-hand here. Kids get the best of both worlds:
- Bollywood kids dance routines on trending tracks, with all the thumkas and expressions.
- Hip hop dance classes for children looking to pick up cool moves and learn real swag.
- Themed events - from Independence Day to school shows, we create performances that get noticed.
- Safe gymnastics for children: we work on flexibility, strength, and basic tumbling with thick mats and careful guidance.
- Kids’ tumbling and flexibility training includes forward rolls, backbends (
Chakrasana), and handstands with wall support.
How We Learn
No boring drills. We make every session playful, mixing fitness and dance so kids barely notice they’re working out. Every move is taught step-by-step, at each child's pace.
Extra Bits
- Kids perform at functions, competitions, and even birthday parties - I help choreograph their solo acts.
- Online dance classes for kids are available - students from the UK and Sweden join us virtually for final shows.
- Safety first: always hands-on support and plenty of mats for every flip and tumble.

My Story
Hey, I’m Gaurish and this is TFC Performing Arts. Dance is my bachpan ka pyar (childhood love), and trust me, you’ll feel that vibe here. My partner Tanuja and I run this studio—sometimes we’re dancing in the videos, sometimes just goofing around. Our students, from tiny kids to aunties doing Zumba, all bring mad energy. When someone wins or performs for our soldiers, it’s like I’ve won too! If you want fun, music, fitness, or just good company, come join us.
