About Our Approach to Training
You shouldn't be guessing your way through a workout in a park. When you train with us, you are getting a structured environment with a controlled 1:12 instructor ratio, which means you actually get corrected before you develop bad habits or risk injury. We use high-density EVA mats and professional equipment so you can focus on building real power instead of worrying about the surface you are standing on.
Fitness is not just about punching bags or jumping around. Whether you are coming in for karate, boxing, or dance fitness, the environment you train in directly changes your results. That is why we moved from park training to a dedicated, climate-controlled facility in Timarpur.
We prioritize your safety by using 25mm to 40mm interlocking EVA puzzle mats, which absorb impact during flips, rolls, or sparring sessions. You will not find repetitive, boring routines here because we mix strength, cardio, and skill work into every 60-minute session.
My team and I are athletes, not just instructors. We expect you to show up, give your best effort, and listen when I say 'thoda fast karo' because that is how you actually build endurance and mental strength. We keep our batches tight so every student, whether a child, adult, or senior, gets the attention they need to grow.
