About Martial Arts Training
I help people discover their own strength, no matter where they're starting from. Every day isn’t easy, but that’s why I say, "Aatmanirbhar bano" (become self-reliant) - this journey is about pushing past what you thought you couldn’t do and surprising yourself.
What I Teach
- Karate (Shitoryu): We start with basics, focus on real technique, and work up through karate belt progression. Kata (forms) and strong fundamentals, always.
- Jiu-Jitsu / Grappling: All about leverage and control, not brute strength. We roll safely and train both Gi and No-Gi styles.
- Kickboxing: High-energy, builds power and speed. Some of my students even compete at district and national levels.
- Bo staff training: Not just for show - it’s about control, precision, and pushing your limits.
- Self defense skills for women: I put extra focus on helping women and girls feel confident and capable. Hum aaj ki naari hain (we are women of today) and we stand strong together.
How We Train
- Strength and fitness matter here. We mix martial arts with bodyweight and some weights.
- I teach kids, adults, and especially welcome those who've never tried before.
- Our dojo in Gurgaon is more like a family. We push each other, but we have fun too.
Beyond the Dojo
Sometimes we ditch the mats, get outside, and train in the wild - parks, riverbanks, even the Jaisalmer desert. Outdoor martial arts camps are my way of keeping things real and adventurous.
"Aatmanirbhar banegi tu jab, swayam ke haathon se swayam ko aashirvaad de tu ab."

My Story
Family is my anchor—my husband, my boys Aarav and Zahan, and our crazy dog. Time flies, especially when Aarav’s running marathons with me, or just pretending to! I’m all about soaking up the ‘masti’ (fun) with my kids, playing, laughing, getting messy. I’m a mother, friend, sometimes a total ‘khatron ke khiladi’ (daredevil). I don’t believe in being ‘abla’ (helpless). Women have guts, and our real power comes from love, life, and just showing up every day.
My Work
Martial Arts & Self Defence Training - I teach Karate, weapon forms, Jiu-Jitsu grappling, and focus on women's self defence classes.
Empowering Women - My workshops help women build confidence and strength. Apni izzat apne haath mein.
Hands-On, Practical Learning - We do, we learn. My style is all about practical karate training and adapting with every move.
Consistency & Practice - Strength comes from showing up and repeating. One rep at a time, even on lazy days.
