About Striking: Boxing & Kickboxing

We do not offer air-conditioned, polished workouts. Our sessions in Vikaspuri and Rohini focus on heavy bag work, padwork, and technical drills that leave you drenched, not just posing. If you want to spar, Friday is our dedicated contact day. It is where you test your combinations in a safe, controlled environment. We operate on 3-month cycles because real striking progress does not happen in a few quick classes.

Striking is not about looking pretty. It is about speed, precision, and endurance. At our Vikaspuri and Rohini gyms, we strip away the fluff to focus on the mechanics that actually matter in a fight.

Our Approach to Striking

We teach the complete game. You start with basic footwork and jabs, moving into complex combinations that link boxing and kickboxing seamlessly. You will spend a lot of time on the heavy bags and mitts, working with coaches who will shout commands like, "Guard up!" or "Arre maar usko!" (Hey, hit him!). This isn't just noise; it is to ensure you maintain your intensity even when you are tired.

The Training Cycle

We require a 3-month commitment because martial arts is a journey, not a quick fix. Whether you choose the weekend warrior batch or the 6-day unlimited access, you need time to build muscle memory.

What to Expect

  • Gear: You will need your own gloves, shin guards, and mouthguard. We provide the bags, the pads, and the space.
  • Sparring: We treat sparring with respect. It is controlled, technical, and always supervised. Friday is when the work you put in all week gets tested.
  • Conditioning: You will not find fancy cardio machines here. We use battle ropes, tyres, and bodyweight circuits to build the kind of strength that works in the ring.
