Urban Yoga Workshops & Wellness Immersions
Pause the rush. Join me for focused sessions in Delhi and Gurugram designed to help you build simple, sustainable rituals for a clearer mind and a steadier body.
A close-up from my workshop for women's transition, focusing on hormone health. Here, I am explaining how we can invest in our shifting spiritual and physical landscapes through knowledge and new habits.
Another perspective from the women's health workshop. It was a warm and curious gathering, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share wisdom on this complex yet vital subject.
Guiding participants through a gentle asana practice during a workshop. I provide hands-on adjustments to ensure proper alignment and help students deepen their experience of the pose.
A wide shot of a session I taught during International Yoga Week. The topics covered included the goal of yoga, pranayama, and creating rituals over routines.
Leading a meditation and chanting session. Creating a serene and focused atmosphere is key, even in a bustling city environment.
A clip from "The Healing Protocol," a talk I co-hosted on naturopathic principles. We discussed the body's innate ability to cleanse and repair itself, and the powerful connection between yoga and naturopathy.
This video promotes a "Rooted in Resonance" breath flow and sound immersion workshop. These sessions combine breathwork, vocal grounding, and experimental soundscapes for a deep meditative experience.
About this collection
Whether we are exploring hormone health or sound healing, my urban workshops are not about fancy poses or quick fixes. I design these sessions to be practical, 90-minute to 3-hour immersions where you learn specific tools—breathwork sequences or Ayurvedic rituals—that you can actually take home and integrate into your day, even if you are just starting your journey.
I hold these workshops in spaces like OMO Cafe in Gurgaon and my shala in Vasant Vihar because I want them to feel like an extension of daily life, not a removed, unreachable experience. You don't need to head to a mountain retreat to find peace; you just need to carve out a few hours to learn how to manage your own state of being.
What to Expect
My sessions are rooted in the T. Krishnamacharya lineage, but I layer in modern science—neuroplasticity, gut health, and functional movement—to make ancient wisdom accessible. We often cover:
- Women's Health: Understanding hormonal transitions and finding balance through specific asana and pranayama.
- Sound & Breath: Using vocal grounding and breathwork to reset a scattered nervous system.
- Micro-Habits: How to swap chaotic routines for simple, repeatable rituals that actually stick.
Why Urban Workshops Matter
Many of us live in a state of chronic high-alert. These workshops serve as a reset button. Whether it is a Saturday morning flow or a mid-week sound immersion, the goal is the same: to give you a framework you can use at home. I focus on modifying poses to suit your body, not the other way around. If you are struggling with stress, seeking better sleep, or simply want to understand the 'why' behind the practice, these sessions are the place to start. You will walk away with less 'how-to' and more 'what-now'—simple, actionable steps for a vibrant life.
Mini Shastri
I am Mini Shastri. I built Om YogaShala to be a space where you can actually slow down, not just show up. I teach because I have been that restless person who struggled with stillness, and I have found that with the right guidance, anyone can turn movement into medicine.
