Join me for a soul nourishing wellness vacation in the majestic Himalayan desert of Ladakh. This retreat is an invitation to find silence, adventure, and deep connection through meditation and movement.
My retreats are a chance to pause, breathe, and heal. This poster for our Slow & Easy Vacation in Kumaon captures the essence of what I offer: a soulful journey back to yourself amidst nature.
Here I am in a Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III) pose, overlooking a serene mountain landscape at sunset. My retreats are held in stunning locations like this to help you escape the everyday and reconnect with your practice.
I guide an intimate group of women through a workshop on hormonal health and yoga. I believe in keeping groups small to foster personal connection and ensure everyone feels seen and supported in their wellness journey.
This is a glimpse into my personal asana practice against the backdrop of the Himalayas. My teaching is rooted in Vinyasa Krama, focusing on mindful movement and the connection between breath, body, and spirit.
Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is a core part of my nature immersion retreats. It's more than a walk; it's about awakening your senses and finding healing in the quiet wisdom of the forest.
There is nothing more rewarding than hearing about the impact a retreat has had. Here, a guest shares her experience from our Kumaon retreat, speaking about the thoughtful practices and deep sense of reset she felt.
I also bring wellness practices into the city. This was for a special morning session at OMO Cafe, where we explored building a sadhana through conscious breath, movement, and stillness.
A glimpse into one of our special workshops on Agnihotra, a Vedic Havan or Homa therapy. This ancient practice uses fire to purify the atmosphere, which in turn helps to heal us.
"Most beautifully curated and thoughtful retreat." Feedback like this from guests of my Sitla, Uttarakhand retreat fills my heart. The goal is always to provide a perfect balance of practice and downtime for reflection.
About Featured
My approach is grounded in the T. Krishnamacharya lineage, where we focus on Vinyasa Krama—the art of sequencing movement with intention. Whether it is a luxury retreat in the high-altitude air of Ladakh, forest bathing in Kumaon, or a three-hour intensive in a Delhi cafe, I focus on helping you establish a sadhana (personal practice) that you can take home. We do not chase perfect poses; we chase the quiet moments between breaths, using Ayurveda and micro-habits to create a lasting shift in how you inhabit your body.
Why These Retreats Matter
Most retreats are designed as an escape, but I see them as a training ground. When we step away from the noise of the city, our nervous system finally has the space to settle. In Kumaon, we utilize the stillness of the Deodar forests to practice Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), while our Ladakh journeys focus on the intersection of culture and silence, with meditation sessions held in ancient monasteries.
What You Can Expect
If you are joining me for an urban workshop in Delhi or Gurugram, we strip away the travel and focus on the 'how' of daily wellness. These shorter sessions are designed to be practical. We cover:
- Women’s Health & Hormones: Understanding transitions through the lens of Ayurveda.
- Breathwork & Pranayama: Techniques to anchor your nervous system when the workday gets overwhelming.
- Micro-Habits: Building rituals, like a mindful cup of cacao or a five-minute movement sequence, that provide daily deposits of energy.
My Teaching Philosophy
My work is influenced by a blend of classical Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, always supported by Ayurvedic principles. I believe in small, intimate groups. This allows me to guide you individually, ensuring that your practice—whether you are a beginner or experienced—is safe and transformative. We focus on Tapas (the discipline of inner heat) to clear emotional residue, helping you return to your everyday life not just relaxed, but equipped with new tools for resilience.
