Practicing together brings a different kind of energy. Whether it is a workplace break or a community flow, we focus on movement, breath, and making sure everyone feels comfortable on their mat.

It was an honor to conduct a Wholesome Wellness yoga session for the staff at Christ University. I love bringing the benefits of yoga to groups and workplaces, creating a space for everyone to stretch and de-stress together.

About this collection

My group sessions are intentionally capped at 12 students. This is a deliberate choice so I can actually see your posture on Zoom and offer real-time corrections. You are not just following a video on a screen here, you are getting the guidance you need to practice safely.

There is a unique motivation that comes from practicing with others. When I conduct sessions for organizations like Christ University or manage smaller community batches, the focus stays on shared movement and collective breathwork rather than perfecting every single pose.

Why join a group session?

  • Accessibility: We strip away the intimidation. You do not need to be flexible to start. We move through Hatha and Vinyasa flows at a pace that respects your body.
  • Real-time feedback: In my online group batches, I keep numbers low specifically so I can call out adjustments. If your alignment is off during a Surya Namaskara, I will guide you to fix it, just like I would in a physical studio.
  • Relief from the desk grind: Many of my corporate clients join to manage stiffness. We spend a lot of time on back-pain relief and neck stretches, which are essential for those of us working 9-to-5 jobs.

My approach is to keep things light. We laugh when we wobble, we take breaks, and we treat yoga as a tool for mental peace rather than a rigid physical test. Whether you are a total beginner looking for your first class or a team looking for a wellness workshop in Bengaluru, you are welcome here.
