Practice with the rhythm of the waves. My group workshops on Goa’s beaches blend mindful movement with nature's energy to help you find both strength and sukoon (peace).

Partner yoga on the beach is a beautiful way to build trust, communication, and shared balance. This flow combines several poses, moving in sync with each other and the ocean.

The group holding Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III). This challenging balance pose builds strength in the entire body and sharpens mental focus, especially with the beautiful distraction of the sea.

I believe in guiding with presence and attention. Here I am observing the group in Child's Pose, ensuring everyone feels supported as they connect with their breath at sunrise.

We always begin and end our practice with a moment of stillness and meditation. Sitting together as a group, we connect to our inner selves and the peaceful energy of the beach.
