About Join a Workshop: Announcements & Courses
Every session—whether it is a quick 2-hour intro or a 10-day deep dive—is designed to be stress-free. I handle all the technical steps like trimming and firing your greenware, so you do not need to worry about the chemistry of glazes. Your only job is to show up, relax, and enjoy the rhythm of the wheel.
Finding Your Creative Rhythm
I believe pottery is for everyone, regardless of whether you have ever touched clay before. My workshops are split into different formats to suit what you are looking for.
- Beginner’s Clay Discovery: This is our most popular 2-hour workshop. We spend one hour on the wheel and one hour hand-building. It is perfect if you want to try the craft without a long-term commitment. You will create one piece, and I will take care of the firing process so it becomes food-safe and waterproof.
- 10-Day Foundation Course: If you want to really learn the craft, this is for you. We go deep into wheel mastery, trimming, and sculpting techniques. You get access to the studio for self-practice, helping you build muscle memory and confidence.
- Kids and Couples Sessions: We also host weekend sessions for little potters and private date nights for couples who want to bond over a messy, creative experience.
The Process
When you book a spot at our Jeevan Bima Nagar studio, you do not need to bring anything but curiosity. I provide all the tools, clay, and expert guidance. After your session, your masterpieces stay back at the studio. I handle the bisque firing, glazing, and final glaze firing. It takes about 3-4 weeks to get your pieces ready, as good pottery cannot be rushed.
