Combat Fitness & Group Conditioning
We don't do gym fluff. We train for real grit, stamina, and strength. If you are ready to sweat and push your limits with the team, welcome to the grind.
A look at one of our group conditioning circuits. We use a variety of bodyweight exercises to build functional strength and endurance.
The team running together at night. Building stamina is a collective effort, and we push each other to keep going.
About this collection
This isn't a standard gym. We train on the third floor for natural ventilation, which means real heat and real sweat during your sessions. Every evening, we balance technical pad work with high-intensity circuits, using truck tires and Gada maces to build functional power. You aren't just joining a class; you are joining a pack that hits the streets for 5km runs to build true stamina.
When you walk into Thunder Martial Arts, forget the mirrors and the AC. You are here to work. My group sessions are designed to break your limits, whether you are here to lose weight or prep for a fight.
We start with 3-5km street runs that build heart and lungs, followed by drills that focus on explosive striking. We use tools like the Gada (heavy mace) and truck tires, not machines. This is functional strength, the kind that helps you in a fight and in life. We also focus on shin conditioning and core resilience, which might sting at first, but makes your body hard as stone.
Everything we do is about mindset. Navve gelloru (We will be the winners). You will struggle, you will sweat, but you will also surprise yourself. If you are serious, I will match your effort.
