About Striking Drills & Sparring

Don't expect air-conditioned comfort. We train in a 3rd-floor natural airflow space where the focus is pure technique, not aesthetics. If your guard drops even for a second, I will call it out immediately, because in the ring, a dropped guard is a knockout. My job is to make sure your technique holds up when you are tired.
