Stop treating combat sports like a gym workout. Here, we build strikers. Real pads, real sparring, real results. If you have the fire, show up.

A flying switch kick drill on the pads. This exercise develops agility, timing, and the ability to launch powerful, unexpected attacks.

Training is for everyone. Here, I'm working with a young female student on her boxing combinations, focusing on keeping her guard up and throwing straight punches.

I teach my students to be confident and powerful. This pad work session focuses on developing a strong right cross and overcoming hesitation.

In-ring coaching during a sparring session between two young fighters. I'm giving them tactical advice on distance, blocking, and using the right combination of kicks and punches.

A student practices a powerful roundhouse kick on the pads. I ensure they use proper hip rotation to generate maximum force.

This drill focuses on a kick and punch combination. The goal is to flow smoothly from one strike to the next without losing balance or power.

I'm teaching a student the basics of blocking and slipping punches. Defense is just as important as offense in any combat sport.

About this collection

Don't expect air-conditioned comfort. We train in a 3rd-floor natural airflow space where the focus is pure technique, not aesthetics. If your guard drops even for a second, I will call it out immediately, because in the ring, a dropped guard is a knockout. My job is to make sure your technique holds up when you are tired.

Many people come here wanting to look like a fighter, but here, we train you to be one. My striking drills focus on the fundamentals of Muay Thai—proper hip rotation, distance management, and impact. We start with basics like jabs, crosses, and low kicks on the pads, ensuring your form is solid before we increase the speed.

Sparring isn't about hurting your partner; it is about learning to solve problems under pressure. You will practice head movement, checking kicks, and counter-striking in a controlled environment. We typically use 80% boxing skills and 20% kickboxing early on, then shift that balance as you progress. If you are a beginner, we start slow. If you are here to compete, I prepare you for the intensity of the ring.

You will learn to maintain eye contact, keep your chin tucked, and breathe properly even during high-intensity rounds. It is not just about throwing punches; it is about timing, reflexes, and mindset. Whether you are prepping for a state-level bout or just want to build genuine combat skills, this is where you develop the reflexes that stay with you for life. We don't do show-off moves. We do what wins.
