We do not do boring treadmill hours. Here, the floor is EVA mats, the weights are tractor tires, and the cardio comes from the street. Our group combat cardio sessions are designed to push your heart rate and endurance to levels you did not think you could reach. We mix high-volume bag work, jump rope, and bodyweight conditioning to build a fighter’s physique—lean, strong, and capable.
