This is the first thing a potential client will see. It’s a powerful, high-impact introduction to my training philosophy, showcasing the intensity, unique methods, and the real results you can expect. It’s a mix of raw power, traditional techniques, and the focused discipline we build here.
Striking Drills & Sparring
This is where we build real fight skills. I focus on clean technique, speed, and power through partner drills, pad work, and controlled sparring for all levels, from beginners to advanced fighters.
Old-School Conditioning: Forging Fighter Toughness
I don't believe in easy workouts. We build functional, raw strength using proven, traditional methods like Gada (mace) swings, pole climbing, and intense shin and elbow conditioning to make your body truly resilient.
Traditional Indian Wrestling (Naati Kushti)
We honor our roots with traditional Indian wrestling, both on the mat and in the mud akhada. This training builds incredible core strength, grappling sense, and the grit that you can't find anywhere else.
Heavy Bag & Power Training
The heavy bag is where you build your power and stamina. I guide students on proper form for punches, kicks, elbows, and knees to develop explosive striking and relentless cardio.
Flexibility & Recovery
A fighter's body must be flexible to be powerful and avoid injury. We dedicate time to deep stretching and mobility work to ensure you can train hard and recover properly.
From the Gym to the Ring: Our Champions
My training is not just theory, it is proven in competition. I am proud to train and guide fighters who represent us at state and international levels, bringing home victories.
The Coach: Leading by Example
I don't ask my students to do anything I haven't done myself. I practice what I preach, constantly honing my own skills in Muay Thai, wrestling, and conditioning.
The Grind: Group Sessions & Atmosphere
We train as a team and push each other to be better. This cluster shows our group conditioning circuits, roadwork sessions, and the focused energy of our gym.
Faith & Focus
For me, fighting is a spiritual path. It requires discipline, respect, and a strong mind, values that are rooted in my faith and culture which I bring into my gym every day.
