Monthly MMA & Muay Thai Training
Core Training Structure
- Schedule: Access to evening training sessions Monday through Saturday, lasting 90 to 120 minutes.
- Disciplines: Rotational curriculum covering Muay Thai striking, Kickboxing, and basic Grappling (Wrestling/BJJ).
- Instruction: Group coaching with real-time technical correction on stance, footwork, and mechanics.
Facility & Equipment
- Ring Access: Full use of matted floors and the professional boxing ring during designated sparring times.
- Strength Tools: Access to heavy bags (teardrop and banana bags), tractor tires for flips, and wall pads.
- Amenities: Functional changing area and basic restroom facilities.
Drills & Conditioning
- Technical Work: Partner drills utilizing Thai pads and focus mitts to build timing.
- Sparring: Supervised light-contact technical sparring sessions focused on defense and range.
- Cardio: Participation in group street runs and outdoor bodyweight conditioning.
Quarterly Pro-Am Competition Camp
Advanced Preparation
- Intensity: Increased training volume designed for competitors, including potential double sessions during fight camps.
- Fight IQ: Classroom-style whiteboard sessions analyzing fight geometry, angles, and specific tournament rulesets.
- Hard Sparring: Full-contact sessions using headgear and shinguards to simulate actual bout pressure and rounds.
Athlete Management
- Weight Control: Professional guidance on weight cuts, diet adjustments, and safe rehydration strategies for weigh-ins.
- Cornering: Coach acts as the cornerman/second during local and state tournaments (travel expenses excluded).
- Admin Support: Assistance with fighter registration and licensing for federations like WMO India.
Mentorship & Requirements
- Mental Conditioning: Focused mentorship on building aggression, discipline, and mental fortitude for the ring.
- Team Rituals: Inclusion in pre-fight team bonding and traditional preparation rituals.
- Gear: Athletes must own personal 14oz/16oz gloves, mouthguard, groin guard, and shin pads.

My Goal
I don’t want to be the first champion in India—my goal is for my fighter to be the first. That’s all I care about. I’m not just a coach, more like a guardian for my team.
Who This Is For
This is not your usual fitness class. If you just want to get healthy, this isn’t for you. My fight team is for serious athletes who want to be fit for fighting, fit to win. You need discipline, sacrifice, and a real hunger to be a champion.
What Training Looks Like
- Physical grind: Group road runs, circuit training, sandpit (akhara) workouts, tire flips, and assisted stretching. We build raw strength and endless cardio—no shortcuts.
- Technical mastery: Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and BJJ. Striking drills for perfect punches and kicks. Grappling, takedowns, submissions—both Gi and No-Gi.
- Advanced sparring sessions: Real fight scenarios, MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing—always coached and corrected live in the ring.
Fighter’s IQ
We break down every move. I draw on the mats, talk footwork, angles, and strategy. Live coaching during sparring helps you actually think under pressure. This is martial arts fight strategy, not just brute force.

My Story
People see me - tall, tattoos, bit rough - and think street fighter. But Muay Thai is my life, not just a sport. Kannada Premi, that’s me. My strength? Madeshwara, always with me, gym and home. My grandfather shaped me, my family is everything. I’m a World Champ, Kru, but watching my students win, that’s the real prize. I fight, I protect. Faith is my backbone. Uge Madappa!

Martial Arts Training - I teach Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, BJJ, MMA, and Muay Boran classes.

Train Like a Fighter - We do Indian desi conditioning, heavy bag work, and technical fight training. Not just fitness, real fight skills.
Ring Discipline - The ring is sacred. We do Wai Kru, learn respect, discipline. It’s a temple for warriors.
