High Energy Muay Thai & MMA Group Classes
My group sessions are where the energy is. We drill technique, condition the body, and push everyone to their limit, from beginners learning their first jab to experienced fighters sparring in the ring.

About Group Training: Energy & Drills
You will not find air conditioning or polished gym equipment here. Expect a raw, garage-style setup where the focus is entirely on heavy bag work, clinch drills, and high-intensity conditioning. You train alongside real fighters in a mixed-level environment that demands your best effort every single day.
Training with the Tribe
There is a specific kind of focus you get when you train in a group. In my sessions, you are not just exercising; you are part of a shared effort. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned competitor, the person next to you is sweating just as hard.
What You Will Learn
We rotate the curriculum to keep you sharp. My sessions cover:
- Muay Thai Fundamentals: From proper stance to the art of eight limbs, including elbows and knees.
- Boxing & Kickboxing: Sharp, fast hand combinations and defensive footwork.
- Conditioning: We use real-world tools—tires, sledgehammers, and bodyweight drills—to build the explosive power needed for a fight.
- Sparring: Controlled sessions in the ring where you apply what you have learned under safe supervision.
The Combatant Atmosphere
This is not a space for egos. If you are here to show off, you are in the wrong place. If you are here to learn and grind, you will fit in perfectly. My students come from all walks of life, but we all share the same goal: to get better than we were yesterday. We keep our batches to a size where I can actually see what you are doing, correct your stance, and make sure your form is tight.
Training here means you are part of the process. You will see beginners holding pads for fighters, and fighters offering tips to the new guys. That is the family culture we have built in Doddanekundi.
