Step into the ring at Thunder Martial Arts. See how we turn students into fighters through raw conditioning and pure technical discipline.

This is what it means to be fighter fit. My training combines proven techniques from the ring with intense conditioning to build a body that performs, not just one that looks good.

Explosive power is built through repetition and perfect technique. Here, we are drilling a flying knee, a fundamental weapon in Muay Thai for closing distance and delivering maximum impact.

Strength isn't just about lifting weights. I teach my students, even the youngest ones like 14-year-old Diganth, to develop real-world power and conditioning, like breaking coconuts to harden their elbows.

We use ancient tools for a reason. Training with the Gada, or heavy mace, builds incredible rotational power, grip strength, and a strong core, which is essential for any fighter.

This is Naati Kushti, traditional Indian mud wrestling. Training in the akhada builds a foundation of raw strength, balance, and grappling instinct that you cannot get from mats alone.

Mental and physical toughness are forged together. Shin conditioning on hard surfaces like this steel pipe is an advanced practice that hardens the bone and teaches you to push through pain.

As a coach, my job is to give direct, honest feedback. In this sparring session, I am correcting stance and strategy in real-time, ensuring my fighters are always learning and adapting.

Perfecting the basics is everything. This is a demonstration of shadow boxing, focusing on fluid movement, proper guard, and the sharp execution of punches that form the foundation of all striking.

Endurance is non-negotiable. We take our training to the streets with team roadwork sessions to build the stamina required to outlast any opponent or personal challenge.

A fighter's body needs to be maintained. Here, I am assisting a student with a deep stretch to improve flexibility, aid recovery, and prevent injuries, ensuring we can train consistently and hard.

About Featured

Here, the focus is pure, functional intensity. Whether it's drilling clinch work or using the Gada for explosive core strength, every session shown here is designed to strip away the fluff and build real-world fight skills. I don't care about gym aesthetics or shiny equipment; I care about what happens when you’re tired, sweaty, and pushed to your limit.
