I believe in a hands-on approach. Here, I'm guiding a client to ensure proper alignment in a forward bend, which is crucial for preventing injury and maximizing the benefits of the pose. This personal attention is at the core of my coaching philosophy.
It's a myth that women shouldn't lift weights. Strength training is one of the best gifts you can give your body, especially after 30. It builds bone density to fight osteoporosis, boosts metabolism, and improves insulin sensitivity, which is key for managing conditions like PCOD and diabetes.
