Core Training

- Mix: Blends Iyengar-style therapeutic yoga for pain management with functional bodyweight strength training.
Nutritional Plan
- Diet Chart: Static PDF plan based on traditional home-cooked meals (Dal, Roti, Sabzi).
- Customization: Adjustments for pre/post-workout nutrition and medical conditions like PCOD or Thyroid.
Support & Setup
- Access: Direct WhatsApp chat for daily guidance and doubt clearance.
- Requirements: Requires only a 6x4 ft space, a yoga mat, and household items like chairs or towels.
In-Person Personal Training
Physical Sessions
- Format: Face-to-face training at the Jigani studio or client home within radius.
- Hands-On: Tactile correction of yoga postures and exercise form, essential for injury rehab or senior fitness.
- Duration: 12 sessions per month, 60 minutes of intense engagement per session.
Equipment & Monitoring
- Gear Access: Full use of dumbbells, resistance bands, and specialized ropes provided during the session.
- Tracking: Coach performs physical inch-loss measurements to track progress accurately.
Clinical Nutrition
- Meal Planning: Comprehensive diet chart tailored to specific medical reports or goals like diabetes reversal.

Hey, I’m Devesh, started LIVSTYLRS because I saw too many folks swapping ghar ka khana (home food) for chips and colas. Not cool. I got deep into holistic health - 500hrs certified, even learned crystal healing. I work with kids, adults, moms-to-be, anyone wanting real change.
