We've swapped wholesome ghar ka khana for packaged junk, and frankly, it's wrecking our health. Obesity, stress, constant tiredness - I see it everywhere. My mission is to help you get back to basics and actually feel good in your own skin.

My Approach

I don't believe in quick fixes or just counting calories. I'm a Holistic Health Practitioner Coach, so I look at your whole lifestyle - not just your plate. The goal is real health care, not patch-up jobs. We use sustainable healthy eating habits and tailor everything to you, not some generic chart.

What You Get

Your plan is totally personal. I factor in your body type, health challenges, fitness goals, and even your schedule. I use Indian circadian nutrition, so we time meals for peak energy - heavier lunch, lighter early dinner (think khichdi, soups, veggies). Mindful eating strategies come into play too: eat slow, no screens, stop before you're stuffed.

Food Philosophy

We stick to real, traditional Indian diet planning. That means home-cooked daal, roti, millets, fruits, veggies, nuts. Fast food, sugary drinks, and packaged stuff? Not in your plan. It's all about food that actually nourishes.

My Story

Hey, I’m Devesh, started LIVSTYLRS because I saw too many folks swapping ghar ka khana (home food) for chips and colas. Not cool. I got deep into holistic health - 500hrs certified, even learned crystal healing. I work with kids, adults, moms-to-be, anyone wanting real change. We do more than push-ups - it’s about feeling strong, eating right, chilling your mind. You ready? चलिए (Let’s go).

What I offer - Online/offline holistic nutrition coaching, yoga (kids too), mindful strength training, B+ Rope HIIT, crystal healing, French lessons.
